## Summary

bsps/arm/realview-pbx-a9: Fix PL111 MMU mapping

The PL111 registers at 0x10020000 were not included in the initial MMU device section. This caused a fatal source exception during the framebuffer initialization.

Update the mapping to include the PL111 region.
