## Summary

This fixes the instructions in the *RTEMS User Manual* section [Bare Metal Rust with RTEMS](https://docs.rtems.org/docs/main/user/rust/bare-metal.html#bare-metal-rust-with-rtems). The SIS does not build due to issue https://gitlab.rtems.org/rtems/tools/rtems-source-builder/-/issues/161 since the beginning of March 2026.

`/usr/bin/install-info` is not longer part of Ubuntu package `texinfo`.
Therefore, the additional package `install-info` is needed to build
the Sparc Instruction Set Simulator SIS.

Note, there is currently another issue with the instructions for Rust: https://gitlab.rtems.org/rtems/rtos/rtems/-/issues/5524
