well it looks like the crash occurs in Heap_Block_allocate which indicates a memory layout or heap initialization issue  since the pc is within the ddr region starting at 0x45000000 i suspect the possible overlap between code and heap or incorrect memory configuration for the rpu split mode @opticron Would checking the linker map for section overlap (text/heap/stack) be the right next step to diagnose this?
