Update:

<span dir="">The `feenableexcept()` function is declared in fenv.h file in the </span>`/usr/include/fenv.h` file. However, this is not included in the following files in the `$PREFIX/src/rsb/rtems/build/tmp/sb-1000-staging/sparc-rtems7/include/fenv.h` and `$PREFIX/src/rsb/rtems/build/tmp/sb-1000-staging/sparc-rtems7/include/sys/fenv.h` files.

Running the `../source-builder/sb-set-builder --prefix=$PREFIX/rtems/7 --with-rtems-tests=yes bsps/erc32` without `--with-rtems-tests=yes` also caused the build to fail with the same error.
