The change was tested by building the BSP and reviewing the initialization flow.\
The timeout prevents a potential infinite loop if PWR_FLAG_VOSRDY is not set. on normal configurations the flag is reached and the timeout does not trigger.

I have not yet tested this on real STM32H7 hardware.
