## Summary

bsps/raspberrypi5: Complete FDT support for Raspberry Pi5 BSP.

- Adds the required fdt files to the build system.
- Updates the shared start.S to support DTB handoff. Implements the bsp_fdt_copy function to copy DTB blob to memory.
- Adds an option BSP_START_COPY_FDT_FROM_BOOT_FW to switch between dtb provided by the boot firmware and the bundled fdt.

Supersedes !1114.\
Based on 35a3dc80.
