The RTEMS Cache (dl.rtems.org) supports adding build details to the request URI so we can do:

* `https://dl.rtems.org/some/text/here/<sha512>/<filename>`

Where `some/text/here/` will be stripped before the file request.

This was designed so we could add some details for builds and requests in the future like git version hash and platform as an idea.
