## Summary

aarch64: Generalize PSCI support

Rename _AArch_Get_PSCI_target_cpu() to _AArch64_Get_PSCI_target_cpu().

Declare _AArch64_Get_PSCI_target_cpu() in <rtems/score/cpuimpl.h> simlar to
_AArch64_Get_current_processor_for_system_start().

Remove <bsp/bspsmp-arm-psci.h>.

Use common build item for shared SMP support.
