@gedare I have now finished auditing and uploading the complete set of FMLP YAML specifications (including the state transition maps for `obtain`, `enqueue`, `surrender`, and `timeout`). I just force-pushed the finalized, cleanly-formatted branch.

The entire protocol specification is now here and ready for a fresh review whenever you have the time!
