Adding to this:

```
(rpy3.11) ruru rtems.git $ grep -r read_frequently bsps/
(rpy3.11) ruru rtems.git $ grep -r read_frequently cpukit/
(rpy3.11) ruru rtems.git $ grep -r read_frequently spec/
```

We do not have `read_frequently` so is this section not being handled on PowerPC or any architecture?
