This a draft MR for the issue https://gitlab.rtems.org/rtems/rtos/rtems/-/issues/5431 (re-import shell commands). I have imported the freebsd echo command, the command builds and runs successfully.

Just needed a review on if the approach is valid and did i understood the issue correctly, also what changes are need to be made.
