ok, something like `config/glib-2-meson.cfg ` might be needed, it adds
```
%if %{_dry_run} && %{defined with_download}
 %log GLib configuration errors ignored
 %define glib_error 0
%else
 %define glib_error 1
%endif
```

although I don't know what that magic does.

Does `sb-set-sources` set `dry-run` or `with-download`?
