RTEMS Source Builder | dtc build failure on GCC 16 (Fedora 44) (#173)

## Summary

While building the RTEMS Tool suite on Fedora 44 (GCC 16), the `dtc` package fails to compile. This appears to be due to stricter pointer type checks in the latest GCC/C23 standards. The compiler throws an error when the `const void *` returned by `memchr` is assigned to a non-const `char *`.

**Environment:**

* **OS:** Fedora 44
* **Compiler:** GCC 16
