the smpopenmp01 takes a long time to execute. it executes an increasing number of threads through several benchmarks, where the barrier-bench and parallel-bench take quite a long time. It should be moved to `benchmarks` to reduce testing time. If necessary, just keep the threads=1 as a functional test in smptests.

Run smpopenmp01.exe
