## Summary
rtems-gcc-15.2-newlib-head.cfg: Define host_c_std and host_cxx_std as gnu17 and gnu++17
gcc 15.2 doesn't compile on newer GCC versions due to newer C and CPP standard being the default.
This fixes it by defining the pre-C23, pre-C++20 compiler standard, i.e GNU17 and GNU++17
