RTEMS | build: Add explicit dependencies (!1249)

We use this magic `gccdeps.py` waf plugin to get the dependencies from the compiler. I don't know how this plugin works. The `bld.cc()` and `bld.cxx()` rules probably are not affected by the plugin, so there is no automatic dependency tracking.
