RTEMS | testsuites/unit: Add missing libvalidation dependency (!1253)

I added dependency to fix the immediate issue. Linker failures showed several unit tests relying on helper infrastructure which is provided by libvalidation . This included SetFatalHandler(), CallWithinISR(), etc. 

Do you wish me to refactor the support code to something libtestsupport?
