The project still exists but the [tag](https://github.com/openrisc/or1ksim/tags) is gone. Not sure what we want to do here. We could move to one of their newer tags. There is a RISC (pun intended) that the command line could have changed.

Whatever we do, we should file an issue with them just to remind them that tagging something is a public commitment. Deleting it is very uncool.
