It's logically impossible for the code to ever reach this `default` case unless the internal memory structure is actively corrupted during runtime. I've added `rtems/score/basedefs.h` as an `#include' and set the 'default' case to 'RTEMS_UNREACHABLE()'. Will push in the next commit.
