## Summary

Fixes #5585  

Put writing to `TMS570_POM_GLBCTRL_ETO` behind an `#if` guard to avoid trying to write that field which does not exist on the LC4357 variant.  

(See TRM references in the issue)  

Only commit d74674a4 has logic changes.

Follow on commits just apply standard RTEMS clang format preferences to improve consistency/clarity and ease future maintenance, as well as some minor typo fixes.
