RTEMS Source Builder | sb: Back port main to the 6 branch (!254)

The python and defaults updates look fine and some of the package updates make sense, but this also pulls in many .cfg files that aren't referenced at all. This likely results from the 6 branch having already had its unused files pruned and those still existing on main. This likely needs the prune operation applied again and squashed with this commit.
