## Summary

Add a minimal filesystem example validating that \<rtems/fatfs/rtems-fatfs.h\> can be compiled and linked successfully against an installed RTEMS SDK.

This provides external SDK validation for the FatFs public header installation and wrapper API layout.

Fixes #5433 for rtems repository.
