RTEMS Source Builder | devel/or1ksim-1.1.0 fails to download on 5 (#185)

I think this is not a problem with their repo/tagging. I don't think there ever was a 1.1.0 for that project. It looks like we always grabbed master. For 5.2, there was [or1k-master.zip](https://ftp.rtems.org/pub/rtems/releases/5/5.2/sources/or1k-master.zip). The or1ksim_version variable also had 1.1.0 then. When I ran _sb-get-sources_ on 5.2, the file or1k-master.zip downloads but the checksum is wrong.

This file was not part of 4.11. Looking at 6.1, I aee [or1ksim-be3612f0](https://ftp.rtems.org/pub/rtems/releases/6/6.1/sources/or1ksim-be3612f0.tar.gz). I think the 6 RSB configuration was not backported correctly.
