Issue created by Sebastian Huber: https://gitlab.rtems.org/rtems/rtos/rtems/-/work_items/5798

`ts-validation-intr` fails on `i386/pc586-sse` with 10571 failed checks.

* `rtems_interrupt_vector_is_enabled()` returns `RTEMS_UNSATISFIED` for every vector.
* `rtems_interrupt_is_pending()` answers only for the software interrupt. The directive has to return the state of each valid vector.
* The test of `rtems_interrupt_entry_install()` needs a vector which software can raise and which has no entry. The only software interrupt serves `CallWithinISR()` of the test suites, so the test uses an invalid vector and 7402 checks fail with `RTEMS_INVALID_ID`.

Found while running the full test suite on Qemu. This description was created with Claude Code assistance.
