Issue created by Sebastian Huber: https://gitlab.rtems.org/contrib/newlib-cygwin/-/work_items/2

Newlib has no `sys/fenv.h` and no fenv functions for microblaze, moxie and or1k. These targets use the generic stubs of `libm/fenv`, so `fesetenv()` and the other functions return `-ENOTSUP`. The test `psxfenv01` of RTEMS fails on these architectures.

GCC builds soft-float code for the RTEMS BSPs of the three targets. The soft-float support of libgcc records no exception and rounds to nearest only. With `__or1k_hard_float__` the floating-point control status register of or1k holds the flags and the rounding mode, also for the soft-float support of libgcc.

Found while running the RTEMS test suite on simulators. This description was created with Claude Code assistance.
