Closes #5779
Hi @joel, this MR moves `libstdthreads` from `cpukit/` into `contrib/` and updates it to the latest upstream FreeBSD version.
## Changes
- **Move**: `cpukit/libstdthreads/` → `contrib/cpukit/libstdthreads/`
- **Update**: All files replaced with latest upstream from freebsd/freebsd-src at 11709058 (`lib/libstdthreads`)
- **New file**: `threads.h` is now included from the upstream source (previously not in the RTEMS tree; the `.c` files now use `#include "threads.h"` instead of `#include <threads.h>`)
- **Supporting updates**: `spec/build/cpukit/librtemscpu.yml`, `CODEOWNERS`, and `contrib/README.md` updated to reflect the new path
## Notable upstream differences
- `SPDX-License-Identifier: BSD-2-Clause` header added to all files
- `cnd.c` and `mtx.c` now use standard `pthread_*` APIs instead of the RTEMS-internal `_Condition_*` / `_Mutex_recursive_*` wrappers — this is the upstream approach and is functionally equivalent since RTEMS implements pthreads
- `thrd_yield()` now calls `pthread_yield()` instead of `sched_yield()`
