Thanks for the work on the LLVM support. My main concern is the rename of `RTEMS_GCOV_COVERAGE`, see the inline comments. Please keep the option name, the public function and the GCC log markers unchanged. The clang support can sit next to the GCC support under the same option. Commit d22ec37a1c9 can then go away, and the remaining coverage commits become smaller.

Several commits fix or undo an earlier commit of this MR. Examples are f4b86d87381 and 20bc773a2d1, 0ad50f5a8df and be8daa6554d, 013f82eaa78 and eef4f321e6d, 9b0da33efc8 and a46641bd0d9, and 5505bbdef68. Please squash them, so that each commit builds and stands on its own.

Some hunks reformat lines which they do not change, for example in `rtl-mdreloc-sparc.c`, `atomic.h` and `fstests/fserror/test.c`. Please keep the style of each file.

The fixes in `psx13`, `termios02`, `default_lseek_file.c` and `tc-score-isr.c` do not depend on clang. A separate MR for them can go in quickly. The fix in `tc-score-isr.c` is correct. GCC supports a local register variable only as an operand of an extended asm statement.

The failed pipeline is no fault of this MR. All four jobs stopped on the runner when they fetched the source. Two of them report `No space left on device`.
