## Summary

bsps/powerpc: Create separate BSP for mvme5100

This commit separates the mvme5100 BSP out of the motorola_powerpc area

+ Add libi2c support for mvme5100
+ Apply clang-format
+ Use EEPROM-based VPD reading
+ Remove dependance on PPCBug's residual memory for VPD

Updates #5731
