## Summary

greth2: Add driver

This is a driver for the GRETH2 GRLIB IP core which
is present in the GR765 SoC.
This Ethernet controller is very similar to the
GRETH GBIT controller as such the driver is also
very similar to the GRETH GBIT driver.

The two main functional differences between the two
controllers are the jumbo frame support and the ability
to use an external MDIO interface. The driver supports
both of these new functionalities.
