lwIP | Add GRETH2 driver (!54)

When you say that the GRETH2 driver is very similar to the GRETH driver, you're maybe underselling it a bit. From what I've diffed so far, it's a copy + cleanup + renaming + additions + minor deprecations. The registers I've looked at have been largely identical and without conflict. I can't help but wonder whether a large amount of shared code could be factored out.
