Updated commit message on 
ix-tod-year-2400-watchdog-overflow (head ee3fa3b4a) to explicitly name Year 2514 (WATCHDOG_MAX_SECONDS) as the wrap point where ticks break, noting that Year 2400 is the ceiling chosen to preserve >113 years of certified margin. Thanks @sebhub!
