configure problem

i use the msys2 in the windows7 ,i have install the rtems tools and xilinx zynq_zc702 bsp, and i follow the RTEMS Eclipse Manual Release 4.11.2 pdf  ,but when i  reconfigure the project ,i get the following  error .

Error 127 occurred while running E:/studydir/rtems/rtems-4.11.2/configure rtems-4.11.2 -1 Configure Problem

who can give me some advice how to solve this problem?
