RTEMS Release Testing, v5.1-rc2

On CentOS, I only saw the usual issues -- epiphany and atsamv BSP RSB.

FreeBSD and Ubuntu are on slower machines but I haven't seen any failure
emails yet so I assume it is just a matter of time before the same results
pop out of those.

Windows may have to wait.
