Debug for x86

Hi Fered,

If your target has a serial port, you could make use of gdb glue-code on
the target.
In the host side (eclipse) customize the debug properties to use
i386-rtems<version>-gdb.exe.

A detailed explanation on such a glue-code for gdb can be found:
   - rtems/c/src/lib/libbsp/i386/shared/comm/GDB.HOWTO.
