GDB ARM Simulator

I don't believe every BSP CPU model variant built for gdb arm sim
actually works yet. I added them so we could ensure that we could
at least build for those CPU model variants.

Check the other variants to make sure it isn't something more
fundamental. But most likely, this is just a case of laying the
groundwork for someone <hint> to get it working. :)
