Microblaze Branch and Tool Hack

Hi,

I had a shell of a port started about 18 months ago to
evaluate the tools. I have placed this on a microblaze
branch on my personal repository. It includes:

+ shell/stub port
+ first cut at BSP for Microblaze simulator in gdb

It compiles and links but appears to get rapidly confused
when I run it in the simulator. This code was based on
a CVS snapshot from sometime in 2010 so may be
suffering some bitrot but it is enough to:

+ get the tools working
+ get all of port except context switch working
    - (maybe minus other odd features)
+ when port works - run all gcc tests

This simulator BSP is important for long term maintenance
in spite of its limitations.

I don't think the simulator could support interrupts
and likely does not match your real hardware.

It is just what I said .. a starting point.
