This was apparently a wart on the BSP from whoever
initially submitted it. They didn't do the right thing to
get crt*.o in via bsp_specs and I am sure they got
undefined symbols.

C++ works well on mips/jmr3904. I don't have this
board to verify it but just did it the same way it
was there.
