Pregenerated files: repo freeze and discourse

I have completed my tests on MacOS (Lion) with SpecBuilder built 
autoconf and automake and there are differences. They are not major and 
it would seem the different are equivalent but there are differences. I 
repeated the process twice to confirm the issues.

I will now try Windows.
