doxygen Error

I was going to commit a GCI patch and noticed that there is a doxygen error.  I 
found this error on the head as well.  

The error:
Failed to open input file '/home/rtems/onlinedocs/doxygen/cpukit-tmp/latex/inline_mscgraph_1'
y graph for group rtems_blkdev_generic

Can be seen on the last run of the head at:
