[RFA] [PATCH] mips*el support for RTEMS

Hello Feng,
it would really help if you can explain why you need this mips*el-rtems*
target. All targets have the pattern $arch-rtems*. Here $arch is
"mips" for example. The RTEMS tool chain comes with so called
multilibs. These are basic libraries like libc and libgcc compiled for
different ABIs and instruction sets. Since the MIPS tool chain already
provides a -mel multilib your patch makes no sense from my point of view.
