Removing rtems/contrib/crossrpms

Hi,

I am going to remove the contrib/crossrpms subdirectory from the rtems 
source-tree into a separate git repository
git://git.rtems.org/data/git/rtems-crossrpms.git.

Rationale: I have been treating crossrpms as a separate sub-project and 
have been using subdirs-checkouts of crossrpms ever since crossrpms had 
been around. The switch to from CVS to git made this use-case tedious to 
me, therefore I decided to move.
