Does anybody really use RTEMS's rtime and rcmd?

Provided they aren't publically declared anywhere in RTEMS, I am having 
doubts on this. RTEMS itself doesn't use them nor are they covered by 
the RTEMS testsuites.

Also, how about rtime (The proposal above only covers rcmd)?
