Hi, xiaochen, your version of docs is a little old, as I know the recent
doc version is 4.10.2:

http://www.rtems.org/onlinedocs/releases/rtemsdocs-4.10.2/share/rtems/html/

and there is also a daily build version:

http://rtems.org/onlinedocs/doc-current/share/rtems/html/
