Why there is no BSP support for Mini2440 while there is a port for Mini2440 out there?

If the code is properly licensed per RTEMS requirements, you
are free to update the code to the current RTEMS, test it,
and submit it.  Bacon Xu just didn't do the tiny bit of work
required to submit it.
