git send-bugzilla

Hi,

I installed git-send-bugzilla on my desktop and have properly
configured it. I would like to use it to send patches directly to PRs.
Is there something that should be done on the server side to support
such capability?

When I try, I get:

By the way I have disabled sslVerify in my git config for now.
