GSoC Hello World Example

Howdy,

As required by new GSoC students, I've attached a screenshot of the
modified Hello World example as well as a patch with the changes.

Just to make sure I fully understand everything, I have a few questions.
First, what's the purpose of the initial bootstrap stage? Also, why must
RTEMS be built outside of the source tree?
