Run arm-rtems on QEMU

I want to run arm-rtems4.11 on QEMU .
I have compiled rtems for arm and installed QEMU to give me that command
parameter (qemu-arm-sysem) , but when i boot it with the rtems-boot.img and
rtems.grub.cfg , nothing happens , only back box appears . So i seek for a
help .
