Not all but I see. I'm not sure how to handle this one since the macro
is not defined in confdefs.h. Anyway I will add some comments there,
but I don't think doxygen will actually process them (for
CONFIGURE_UNLIMITED_OBJECTS anyway). I could fold the numeric
parameter into CONFIGURE_UNLIMITED_OBJECTS but I like the current
separation.
