Remove CVS Ids Branch

Hi

I have worked my way through most of the tree removing
CVS Id strings.  I have a few places left to work on and
then I need to build everything.  The work is in my personal
repo on the Ids branch for review.

I have done the BSPs, libcpu, libchip, doc, testsuites, most of
score and a large portion of the odd directories. I get all but
a handful of files with my scripts.

Most of these are third party code and I wanted to
look more carefully at them.

Please review. I don't want this work to linger too long
since it touches nearly every file.

Once I have everything changed, I will do a large build
sweep.
