[PATCH v4] score: PR1607: Add and use CPU_SIZEOF_POINTER

With this patch all BSPs except pc386dx build and can link the samples.  The 
pc386dx link time failure is due to

I plan to commit this patch next week and close PR1607 if no substantial 
reasons show up to do otherwise.
